Alan Froggatt

Network Expert Alan Froggatt develops leaders who can navigate complexity with clarity and purpose. As a pioneer in Generative Leadership and Integral Development, he helps individuals build the insight and capacity to respond effectively to change and transformation. As Founder and CEO of Genratec, he has spent over three decades developing and refining leadership frameworks that integrate late-stage human development, ontology, psychodynamics, generative language, integral and now, metaintegral theory. His Genratec Programs have reached over 7,000 individuals across 16 countries, supporting leaders in cultivating awareness, adaptability, and impact. Alan’s journey began as a practicing psychotherapist with training in Gestalt and transpersonal approaches, where he developed a broad understanding of human potential. Since 1996, he has worked with business owners, executives, boards, and leadership teams, helping them engage with emergence, complexity, and systemic transformation. He has consistently looked through symptoms to sources—understanding deeper forces, engaging to generate new possibilities for people and their endeavours. Under his leadership, Startup Weekend New Zealand led early-stage entrepreneurial growth per capita globally by defining and inviting leadership opportunities in a national entrepreneurial ecosystem. He developed the Climate-X initiative which explored a trans-corporate approach to sustainability and innovation for large NZ companies and entrepreneurs.
