Kraig Parkinson
Director, Automation & Network Learning Kraig Parkinson is the Director of Automation & Network Learning for the Institute of Applied Metatheory. He is a lifelong business, product, organization design, technology, and transformation innovator and leader. He integrates individual and collective development to solve complex problems in large-scale, decentralized social networks and structures. Notably, Kraig is the founder and Chief Actualization Officer of Integral Productivity LLC. This service-driven organization is a testament to his commitment to connecting, inspiring, and enabling people to authentically fulfill their potential while adapting to the world’s ever-changing problems and opportunities. He was previously the Vice President of Product at Pariveda Solutions. He drove the go-to-market integration of the firm’s three recent strategic acquisitions, combining over 80 diversified and non-homogeneous offerings into a single, vertically integrated, accessible service platform. He also created a continuous enterprise innovation platform, leveraging the total scale of 600 consultants and staff to convert sense-making into critical market insights, executive imperatives, integrated solutions, and products and services. Before Pariveda, Kraig was an early employee at Thoughtworks, a consulting firm that played a significant role in the Agile transformation, Lean Enterprise, and digital transformation movements. He helped over 60 enterprises modernize and outpace their competition with technology-enabled products and business strategies. His experience, early involvement, and systemic thinking positioned him as one of the progenitors of the Thoughtworks EDGE framework for strategic, adaptive, and distributed innovation. With more than 25 years of transformation experience, he is consistently enabling individuals, teams, and multinational businesses to reach closer to their world-changing potential. He advocates social justice, diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility as essential and strategic elements to driving engagement for all humanity. He continues discovering new things about himself and the world through deliberate curiosity, study, and self-reflection across diverse interests, including psychology, pedagogy, technology, design thinking, and critical theory.
